Summary of Structure

CPV is all volunteer-run, operating CPV year-round. We are CPV due to sustained efforts from members of the community and general public, thank you. We send out a semi-annual call for volunteers for all roles.

The Board of Officers consists of members from teams and committees including Conference & Program Organisers, Gold Bug, Administrative, Program Committee.

The Advisory Committee are non-voting observer seats. Community and past partners enable the Board to stay current in new developments and initiatives through mutually beneficial relationships, and they are invited to our quarterly meetings.
